What will you be responsible for:
- Support and advice for customers about Chocolissimo offer
- Professional customer service and problem solving via all communication channels (telephone, e-mail, chat, messengers)
- Order processing, updating data in system
- E-commerce activities for the online store - updating the content on the website in accordance with company standards and best market practices
- Responsibility for keeping the offer current on the website and marketplaces
- Running a fanpage on social media
- Preparing offers for B2B customers
- Taking care of the company's image
What are our expectations:
- Fluent knowledge of French at C2 level (preferably native)
- Knowledge of English at a minimum level B2
- Experience in customer service will be an asset
- Motivation to start a career in e-commerce area
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
