Junior Amazon Specialist with German
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for day-to-day operations on Amazon on the German market
- Product listings update activities
- Planning, conducting and optimizing Amazon Ads campaigns
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations in Amazon FBA
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Preparing sales reports and analyzing results
- Ensure all marketplace activities comply with relevant policies, guidelines, and legal requirements
- Possible implementing sales on additional marketplace platforms in Europe
Our requirements:
- Perfect knowledge of German at level C2 (preferably native speaker)
- Knowledge of English or Polish at a minimum level B2
- Knowledge of Amazon – from a customer perspective
- Ability to draw conclusions and look for solutions (problem-solving mindset)
- Willingness to learn and develop in the given responsibilities
- Commitment, creativity and initiative to act
- Very good knowledge of Excel
Optional:
- Experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce or customer care area
- Knowledge of Baselinker, Plentymarkets or other programs supporting sales on marketplaceso
